What Can You Customize?

Here are the features you can personalize to make your donor email receipts feel uniquely yours:

1. Add an email banner image to the top of the email. (1:3 image ratio)

2. Change the sender email username to reflect your church or organization's name. (e.g., churchname@overflow.co)

   • All donor replies are forwarded to Support, so nothing gets missed!

   • For compliance reasons, the reply-to address is fixed and can't be changed to your organization's email.

3. Add an email sender image (profile picture) next to the sender name. (1:1 image ratio)

4. Add a message above the preset gift receipt template.

   • This message applies globally to all donations. It can't be customized per campus, fund, or giving link.

5. Set the CTA button color to match your organization's hex code.

6. Choose whether to display the donor’s payment details, including the payment method and the last 4 digits of the card or account used.

7. Choose whether to display the donor’s address on the receipt.
