Setting Up Your Charity Page for Success

Last updated: September 9, 2026

We’re looking forward to raising more legacy gifts with you this year!  In the meantime though, the best place to get things moving is by making changes to your Charity Page. We’ve set up in the meantime as best we can, but we always recommend making edits to reflect your brand and voice best.

The hero image at the top, the copy under your organization, your logo, and contact information (ie. name, email, phone) can all be changed and here are some helpful guidelines:

  • Hero Images: Off-centre images work best here due to the text in the middle, and images should be in PNG or JPG format and no larger than 2MB.
  • Sub-Heading Text: Keep it simple by sticking to a couple of lines.
  • Logos: All logos work, but if you have both horizontal and vertical options, horizontal options.
  • Contact Info: Make sure that the phone number and email are up to date and pointing to the right person. If you’d like to leave the contact name generic, we can also have it read “Planned Giving Team” or “Fundraising Team” instead
