🛍️ Ordering More Tap Products

Whether you’re expanding giving stations or refreshing signage, you can easily place a new Tap order right from the Overflow Shop. Follow the steps below to choose the right products, customize your artwork, and select your subscription plan.

Step 1: Start Your Order

Head to shop.overflow.co/pages/order and click Order Now in the top-right corner to begin.

Step 2: Choose Your Product

Select the type of Tap product that best fits your needs:

• Tap Flex – A flexible vinyl label that works well on curved or textured surfaces.
• Tap Stand – A sleek tabletop display for welcome centers or check-in stations.
• Tap Plate – A durable disc, perfect for permanent wall or kiosk installations.
• Tap Disc – A compact, adhesive-backed option great for temporary or portable use.
• Tap Label – A subtle sticker with built-in Tap tech, ideal for discreet placements.

💡 Tip: If you’re unsure which one to choose, think about the placement and how permanent you want the Tap to be.

Step 3: Enter Quantity

Let us know how many units of your selected product you’d like to order.

Step 4: Upload a Preview Image

Upload a PNG or JPEG under 2MB to see a quick preview of your artwork on the product.

👉 We recommend opening the original artwork file and taking a screenshot to upload here.

Step 5: Upload Original Artwork Files

Upload high-resolution design files in EPS or PDF format to ensure the best print quality. 🎨

Step 6: Organize into Batches

You’ll now be asked to:

• Choose the number of batches. A batch is a group of Tap products that share the same design and Dashboard assignment.
• Name the batch Give it a clear name like “Main Lobby” or “Youth Wing.”
• Enter how many are in this batch.

Step 7: Mounting Information

Indicate whether the Tap product will be mounted to a metal surface. This helps ensure optimal performance.

🛠️ If you’re ordering a Tap Plate, you’ll also select the mounting option (adhesive or screws).

Step 8: Add to Cart

Once you’ve reviewed everything, click Add to Cart to move forward with your order.

Step 9: Choose Your Subscription Plan

To activate and manage your Tap products, you’ll need a subscription to the Tap Dashboard. Select from the following options:

• 1-Year Plan
• 2-Year Plan
• 3-Year Plan

With your subscription, you can assign batches, view Tap analytics, and manage team access — all from your Dashboard. 📊
