Withdrawals and Fees
📱 Digital Wallets (Apple Pay and Google Pay)
- 📥 These gifts are deposited as the net amount in your bank account, meaning fees are subtracted before the funds arrive. (🔗 Understanding the Payout Data)
- 📋 You can see a detailed breakdown of fees for each donation by selecting a deposit batch in the Reconciliation table.
🏦 ACH
- Most ACH gifts are processed like digital wallet donations. ✅
- 🚫 However, if a donation shows a $0 fee in the Reconciliation table, it was processed through Fiserv (CardConnect), and you’ll receive the gross amount.
- 📥 Within the first 10 days of the following month, Fiserv will withdraw the processing fees in a single lump sum. (🔗 Understanding Fee Amounts & Bank Descriptors)
- 📋 For a detailed per-donation fee breakdown, you can log in to your CardPointe Portal.
💳 Credit/Debit Cards
Credit/debit gifts process in a similar way to ACH gifts (see above). 👆🏽
Deposits (By Payment Type)
Deposit schedules differ depending on the type of donation.
-
🕔 Timing: Deposits are typically processed within 24 hours. In some cases, like when a refund or similar adjustment is involved, processing may take a bit longer, up to 48 hours.
- Deposit Batch: There’s usually a brief delay before we receive Payout Reports from Adyen. You can expect to see them in the Reconciliation module around 5:00 PM CST each day.
- Please allow an additional 1–2 business days before or after a holiday.
- ⏳ Your bank may take 1–2 business days to reflect a deposit.
- To help locate the related batch, we recommend checking the Reconciliation module for payouts shortly before the deposit date on your statement.
